LibG

A library you carry.

Search a catalogue of complete works, open one in a tap, and keep it on your shelf to read offline. No account, no sign-in, and every book is free to read and yours to keep.

Built for long reading

Everything in service of the page, and nothing on top of it.

Whole books

Every title is the complete work — not a sample, not an extract, not the first chapter.

Yours to keep

Anything you open downloads to your device and stays there. Your library lives with you, not on a server.

Reads offline

Once a book is on your shelf you never need a connection to open it again.

Holds your place

LibG remembers where you stopped in every book and puts you back there, to the line.

Set to your eyes

Four page themes, with type size, line spacing and margins all under your control.

One reader, every format

EPUB, PDF, TXT, FB2, CBZ and Kindle files all open in the same place, with the same settings.

LibG Pro

Pro is optional. It adds the notes you make on top of your reading — bookmarks, highlights, favourites, and a Read Next list — as a weekly or monthly subscription, or a single payment that never renews.

Reading itself is never limited. Every book in the catalogue is free to read, download and keep whether you have Pro or not. Pro only adds the marks you leave behind.

Where the books come from

LibG reads from Project Gutenberg’s public catalogue of freely licensed works. Titles still under copyright, and entries that hold no readable text, are filtered out and cannot be downloaded.

LibG is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Project Gutenberg.
